Monthly subscription fees (Nebula, Orion, Constellation plans) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days.
All sales for custom software development projects, data pipeline builds, and consulting engagements are final. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced upon receipt of the first payment installment or upon delivery of a project kick-off document, whichever occurs first.
Orion JS LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in cases where:
Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted in writing to contact@orion-js.com within 7 days of the billing date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Orion JS LLC to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for accounts with unresolved chargebacks.
