Orion JS LLC delivers digital services and software products. No physical goods are shipped. The following describes how each service type is delivered.
Upon successful payment confirmation by Stripe, access credentials (login link, username, and temporary password) will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@orion-js.com.
Project timelines are defined in the individual project proposal agreed upon before payment. Deliverables are provided via a secure client portal, GitHub repository access, or direct file transfer (Google Drive / Dropbox), as specified in the proposal. Standard project delivery windows range from 5 to 30 business days depending on scope.
Completed API integrations are delivered via deployment to the client's specified cloud environment or as documented source code in a private repository. Delivery confirmation is sent via email upon completion.
Consulting sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) at a mutually agreed time. Session recordings and summary reports are delivered by email within 2 business days following the session.
Scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly) are delivered to the client's registered email address automatically on the configured schedule. Report formats include PDF and CSV.
